Refund policy

At Sāuṇ, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless and meaningful, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
As all our garments are made in limited batches and with meticulous craftsmanship, we follow a no return and no refund policy.
However, if there is a sizing concern, we will gladly assist with alterations wherever possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
We request you to kindly inspect your package upon delivery and verify the products against your order invoice before accepting it.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please mention the same while accepting the delivery from the courier partner.
In case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

please write to us at saunstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Delivery address
  • A brief description of the concern
  • Clear images of the product and issue

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Exchange Eligibility
Your order may be considered eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • You have received an incorrect product that does not match your order confirmation.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Once verified by our Quality Check team, we will initiate the appropriate resolution.
Please note:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.
  • The product must reach us within 15 days from the day delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Sāuṇ will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package upon delivery

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be applicable.

Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that the colours displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays.

Alteration Requests
We strongly recommend referring to our size chart before placing an order. If you need sizing assistance or customisation guidance, feel free to reach out to us at saunstudio@gmail.com.
For alteration requests:
1. Email us with your order details and alteration requirements.
2. Courier the garment to the address shared by our team.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process the alteration wherever feasible.
Please note:

  • The garment must be unused and in original condition.
  • Courier charges for sending and receiving the garment will be borne by the customer.


Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
